Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us! 💚

🫒 Food products – such as olive oil

For hygiene and safety reasons, our food products are not suitable for return.

This means that the right of withdrawal under distance-selling regulations does not apply to olive oil or other food products. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

🧢 Merchandise – such as caps

For non-food products, such as caps, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please contact us at info@hellsa.com before returning anything, and we will guide you through the process.

📦 Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is delivered to a collection point but is not collected in time and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge SEK 150 to cover handling and return shipping costs.

🔁 Incorrect or damaged products

If you have received the wrong product or if an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@hellsa.com.

Please include photos where possible, and we will help you as quickly as we can.

❌ Would you like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed and dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it.
