Shipping policy

We normally dispatch your products within 1–5 business days after your order has been confirmed.

This applies unless otherwise stated—for example, for pre-orders or other special products where the estimated delivery time is specified in the product information. We are currently experiencing higher demand on our website, which means that some products may have longer delivery times.

📦 Delivery notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive information by email and/or SMS, including a tracking link whenever available. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct when placing your order.

📍 Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is delivered to a collection point but is not collected in time and is therefore returned to us, we will charge the return shipping cost, an administrative fee and the cost of packaging materials.
