Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with HELLSA. 💚

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For products eligible for the right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@hellsa.com, and we will provide you with return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Food Products & Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Our products are food products.

For health and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges of food products, whether opened or unopened.

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will of course help you resolve the issue.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hellsa.com.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once your claim has been approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • Another appropriate solution

4. Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we will of course help you through our claims process described above.

6. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can usually help you cancel it.
